Building codes typically specify a residential loading weight of 50 pounds per square foot. Your safe is most likely 24×30 inches or about 720 square inches. About 5 square feet, the floor is designed to support about 250 pounds, your safe weighs 2.12 times times that weight. add some hardware and several boxes of .50 cal and you could easily crack the ceiling below. Is the safe sitting above a supporting wall? If not move it.
