Question by : How long will it take for it to be "safe" to cook in my kitchen?
I came home from work yesterday and found my husband..in our kitchen..priming the walls and getting ready to paint. The first thing I said to him was "Uhm..honey..Christmas is 7 days away, and I have to start cooking in 6..is this going to be done and ok for me to cook in by then??" He assured me that it will be, but I'm not so sure. My biggest fear is steam from cooking pots is going to make the new paint bubble up and ruin it...but there is NO way that I CAN'T cook on Christmas Eve and Christmas..not even an option. Can someone tell me if I should worry or not, and if I should..how to get around the problem? Thanks.

you can get a Christmas feast delivered, or you can pick it up, from MANY restaurants and catering places.
that way, you wouldn't have to worry that you were either poisoning people or that you would ruin the paint.

Question by it's me: generally, how many c-sections can you have and be "safe"?
I saw an intern for my 6 week check up a few months ago and he basically scared the crap out of me making it sound like it was 50/50 that after a second c-section (I have had two) when they cut into your uterus it won't separate from the wall and I could bleed out and die on the table. After doing some research I saw that the chance of that happening after two c-sections was really low actually but I am still nervous. My first was very premature. My second I saw a high risk dr and they eventually had to do a c-section - I was almost 40 weeks. And I am feeling like I may want at least one more child. Is it still relatively safe even after 2 c-sections?

Answer by myangels Is there a chance you can go with a VBAC? My first was a c-section and the 2 after were vaginal. But it all depends on the type of c-section you had and what the reasons where. Good luck.

My 2 almost 3 year old girl is so scared of her bedroom!! I can't figure it out. She has the cutest little white bed painted with purple and pink flowers, a little purple and pink kitchen set, a little white table with purple and pink flowers on it, a soft fuzzy white rug, a soft fuzzy yellow rug, light yellow sheer drapes, a full-lenght mirror that she just loves, white shelves with all her books on it and a little lamp, fake purple flowers, her changing table that's really a desk painted white, and white walls with pretty little things hung on them. Her closet doors are dark brown. We can't paint this place, but are buying a place of our own and I need some good suggestions please!! (she WON'T sleep in there and always wakes up crying at night saying it's scary).
She won't sleep in our room. She prefers to be alone and would rather sleep in the living room on the couches or even on the floor!

Answer by Georgia C I put wall stickers of fairies on my daughters wall and told her they were her friends that protect her.
This has really worked and she sleeps peacefully now.
